- 1/2 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
- extra cacao for coating
- Soak dates + cranberries in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Mix all ingredients together using a food processor.
- Take large teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll in either cacao or leave plain.
