Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • extra cacao for coating

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates + cranberries in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mix all ingredients together using a food processor.
  3. Take large teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Roll in either cacao or leave plain.
