BLISS BABY PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - ANA DAVIS

2018

Hi I'm Gabi. In a nutshell, I work in the digital industry by day and I teach yoga on the side.

I am a Hungarian import, I have made New Zealand my home for the last 7 years.

I have been working in the digital industry for about 6 years, where I had the chance to work on various large scale projects.

I have also been teaching yoga since 2016 which has been an empowering journey and a great addition to my skill set - stress reduction, busy task management, acceptance, non-reactivity. It all comes down to this simple thing at the end: take a big breath and carry on.

Personal Bio

Who am I?

Born and bred in the wilderness of Hungary, well I’m from a tiny village, so that is about as wild as my story gets. Playing music (violin) as a child shaped both my personal and physical being. I was always a creator and explorer and I ended up studying environmental science at Uni, I guess that explains all the “hippie” stuff. I then moved to Ireland to learn English, which didn’t come naturally, but I believe that with determination and practise you are able to learn anything in life.

I have spent most of my adult life in New Zealand and recently became a citizen. Yay! Shortly after moving to Auckland, I taught myself how to code (nothing fancy, just some front-end stuff), how to use Photoshop and Illustrator and have worked in the creative, digital industry for about 6 years. Here I am now trying to master the art of letting go.

If you have been to my classes before, you know I am passionate, I may even get emotional, I’m trying to be funny at the same time. Hopefully it's endearing, and I hope you get to experience it one day!

Please, if you have time, take a look at some of my personal projects: Asanaglyphs.
